You crazy bastards – where are my video clips?
Usually they arrive in your inbox just a few seconds after your transaction has cleared (especially when using Stripe) PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL folder!!!

Some browsers treat the links as a ‘Pop-ups’ please make sure to disable pop-ups if you can – then you’ll receive those download links no problem.
I’ve paid for my clips via PayPal but I haven’t received my video downloads?
In Europe, there are now extra checks for online transactions – these extra checks can put your transaction on hold. THIS IS NOTHING TO DO WITH US – but – it does interrupt our download links being sent to you. Once the funds are cleared the links are sent.
