You are responsible for storing and backing up your downloaded files. If you lose access to a purchased product more than 14 days after the original transaction, you will need to re-purchase the item. We do not offer lifetime access or indefinite redownload privileges.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for downloaded or accessed products. If you encounter issues accessing your purchase within 14 days, please contact support for assistance.
